A lot of people who try to lose stomach or belly fat end up buying all the so called fat
reducing nonsense -supplements and equipments that are available online. People tend to forget that there is
no such thing called spot reduction when it comes to reducing fat from your body.
You have to burn the fat as a whole and hence to lose your belly fat you have to combine an
overall approach that would include the right diet, right and regular exercise and a positive approach
towards their goal.
Diet
As rightly said “you are what you eat”. The things that is consumed by you decide how you would
look after it is metabolized. Hence you have to regulate your diet and follow it too.
